Price, timeline, and process
What does it cost?
It depends on the task. That is why you will not find fixed prices on the website.
Some businesses need a simple website. Others need internal platforms, customer portals, integration solutions, or complete SaaS products. Two projects are rarely the same.
We therefore start with a conversation about your needs and then prepare a non-binding quote with a clear price before development begins.
No surprises. No hidden fees.
How long does a project take?
It depends on the size of the project.
Some solutions can be developed in a few weeks. Others require several months.
We always provide a realistic estimate once the scope of the project is clear.
How does your process work?
We usually start with discovery: understanding the workflow, the people involved, and the outcome the business needs. From there we define scope, design the solution, build in focused iterations, and launch with room to improve based on real use.

Projects and solutions
Can you build exactly what we need?
That is the whole idea.
Windfeld Jensen Co. does not build standard solutions and then try to force businesses into them.
We start by understanding the workflows, challenges, and goals. Then we design and build a solution around the way the business actually works.
What types of systems do you build?
We build software around real business problems. The format depends on the need, not a fixed product template.

Can you build a SaaS product?
Yes.
We help both businesses and founders develop SaaS solutions from idea to launch.
That can be anything from niche tools and internal platforms to subscription products with user management, payments, reporting, and administration.
Can you also build websites?
Yes.
But we see websites as more than a digital business card.
If a website is going to create value, it should support the company's goals, workflows, and customers. That is why we focus on function, user experience, and business value rather than design alone.
What if we already have a system?
Then we start there.
Many businesses already have software that works well in some areas. Instead of replacing everything, we first look at whether existing systems can be improved, automated, or connected to new solutions.
Technology, ownership, and hosting
Do we have to use your servers, database, or cloud solutions?
No.
If you want, we can help with hosting, cloud infrastructure, and operations. But you are never tied to our systems.
We can also deliver the solution to your own server, cloud platform, or IT provider.
You own the solution. We simply help build it.
Who owns the system when it is finished?
Ownership is agreed as part of the project from the outset.
For custom-built solutions, the client typically owns the finished solution and related materials, while any general internal components and tools remain with Windfeld Jensen Co.
This is always reviewed clearly before the project begins.
Do you use AI in projects?
Sometimes, when it adds real value. We treat AI as one tool among many. If it improves the workflow, we consider it. If it only adds complexity, we leave it out.

Because we have seen the same challenges again and again.

We do not believe in software for its own sake. We believe in software that makes work easier for the people behind the business.
Where are you based?
We are based in Odense, Denmark. We work with clients locally and internationally, remotely and on site when it makes sense for the project.
Do you work with companies outside Denmark?
Yes. We work with businesses across Europe and beyond. Most projects are run in English or Danish, depending on what fits the team and stakeholders best.
