Why we built SAGSHUB

Small and medium-sized businesses often run case-heavy operations without a system built for the job. Spreadsheets break under volume, email is hard to audit, and legacy tools are slow to change.

Windfeld Jensen Co. developed SAGSHUB to give these teams a modern alternative: browser-based case management that is fast to use, safe to extend, and designed around real service workflows.

What SAGSHUB is

SAGSHUB is a complete digital case management system accessed through the browser with no local software installation. Teams create cases, assign statuses, track RMA and repair flows, manage customers, and produce reports from one platform.

The system supports distinct roles for customers, employees, and administrators, each with the access they need and nothing they do not.

Typical workflow:

SAGSHUB combines case handling, customer management, and operational visibility in one product.

User administration and access

Role-based access separates customers, employees, and administrators. Customers can log in with phone number and case number. Employees use secure credentials. Sessions are managed safely with clear logout and persistence where appropriate.

Case management

Cases are created with unique numbers, linked to customer records, and tracked through configurable statuses with full history. The platform supports repair, RMA, troubleshooting, and accessory registration so nothing is lost between intake and completion.

RMA and order handling

The RMA module covers return goods with fault descriptions, parts ordering, quotes through to invoicing, and detailed product tracking with item and serial numbers.

Dashboards and reporting

Employee dashboards show active cases with search and filtering. Customer dashboards offer self-service status views. Statistics highlight trends and cases that need attention. Print-ready follow sheets and case summaries support daily operations.

SAGSHUB is designed for teams that work under pressure: live updates over WebSocket, pagination for large datasets, fast search across cases and customers, responsive layout for desktop and mobile, and graceful error handling when something goes wrong.

What makes it different
